This is probably my last post for awhile. Although I’m probably going to be bringing my iBook and camera. Our family will be joining 16 others from our church to help in a Katrina Relief trip to Bayou LaBatre, AL. All three of us. It’s a family missions trip. We’ll have third graders to retired school teachers in the group. We don’t really know each other that well, but we’re going to soon. Tomorrow is a concert of prayer and packing the vans. We’ll pull out our 15 passenger vans Saturday and be in Alabama Sunday. Please pray for us as we travel, for our group to gel, for supplies and work to make a difference, and for flexibility and a servants heart. And pray that as the leader of the trip I’ll mellow out and not be too tightly wound. Allow God to work. Mostly pray that Grace’s heart for people continues to grow.

Well, gotta finish doing the bills, pack, and get some details together. We’ll be sure to bring some pics and stories from the trip when we get back. Thanks in advance for your prayers.
