So, over the years Jason has always been the one to do any blogging for our family. To be really honest I just haven’t put forth any effort. He’s the one who spends his day at a computer, so it just has seemed natural that he’d be the one to do the blogging. It has come to my attention over this Christmas break, however, how little blogging is being done on our family website. For this reason, I asked J if maybe I could begin to help out a little. Of course I was met with a very excited, “You bet!” from Jason.
At first I was thinking about how great it was going to be to put up new stuff all of the time. I was thinking I could at least put something on each day; even if it was something small. After considering how ambitious that sounded, I thought maybe I’d try to do something at least once a week. Now, I’ll be delighted if I can just get this blog uploaded. 🙂
Anyway, I am going to be more helpful, and I think I am even going to have Gracie begin to contribute to our site. After all, she is way better on the computer than her Momma is. We’ll see how things go.
For now…here is one of my favorite pics we took this holiday season. It seems as though Jason and I are rarely in a picture together because one of us are taking the picture. We took this the night of my work’s Christmas party. Yes, the Archer’s did take the white elephant gift that pressed the limits just a little. Needless to say it was very entertaining. Especially because our district Superintendent was there. The gift we ended up bringing home…a trophy of a cheerleader that reads, “Parma’s Number One Cheerleader.” Yep, that will definitely be re-gifted next year.
