This summer Grace finally did it. And we have the pictures to prove it. She learned how to ride her bike. She’s the type of kid that if she can’t do it perfectly the first time, she is not apt to try again. So, when she didn’t fly away and ride perfectly the first time, we had to wait a year or more for her to motivate herself. Being in a new neighborhood with other kids was the hook up. Grace saw all these kids riding, and in a few weeks, she was riding herself. Once that happened, our family moved into a new realm. Now, family bike rides are one of our favorite things to do together.
