Every year around this time, I pull out this shirt to wear. Jason and Grace think it’s hilarious that I have a shirt that says, “Happy 100th Day!” For me, I don’t mind wearing this shirt. In my classroom we count the number of days we have attended school. It’s a great way for us to do grouping and counting by tens. And really… when we get to the 100th day I mentally do a happy dance. We’re over half way through the year and there are only eighty days to go. I can almost smell the mowed grass and pool chemicals. :O)
